Software development studio · Built for US client work

Diamond IT

Collaborate with us

Two seats.
One studio.

Diamond IT is built as an agency, not a one-person pitch. Client partners hold the relationship. Engineering holds the build.

01 — The studio

A software development team for freelance work.

We pursue US jobs as one studio. Client partners own the relationship and the freelance account. Engineering owns planning, build, and delivery. Project fees are shared 30% / 70%.

02 — Two roles

Each seat has a clear owner.

Client operations

30%

Client partners

  • Work from a legitimate freelance account in their own name — Upwork, Handshake, LinkedIn, and similar.
  • Handle day-to-day client communication: relaying messages and sharing updates.
  • Receive drafted technical replies from the delivery team whenever needed.
  • Collect payment on the account, then share project fees with the studio.

The client side is a relationship seat. Coding is not part of the job.

Engineering

70%

Delivery team

  • Source suitable projects and handle bidding.
  • Own technical planning, development, testing, and delivery support.
  • Keep work on schedule and up to the studio standard.
  • Stay accountable for quality so partners are not guessing at the build.

US client work is the target. The build stays inside the studio.

03 — How a project moves

One path, from bid to payment.

  1. 01

    Source

Engineering finds suitable US projects and handles the bid.

  2. 02

    Conversation

The client partner relays messages and shares updates from their own account.

  3. 03

    Build

Engineering plans, develops, tests, and supports delivery.

  4. 04

    Share

The partner collects payment. Project fees are split 30% / 70%.

04 — What we ship

Engineering owns the software.

The delivery team plans and builds the work clients hire the account to do: product features, web software, integrations, and the testing that keeps a release steady.

  • Product features

Scoped, scheduled work inside an existing product, with testing included.

  • Web software

Interfaces, application logic, and the supporting pieces a US client expects finished.

  • Integrations

APIs, data handoff, and the practical connections a project needs to go live.

  • Delivery support

Fixes, handoff notes, and follow-through after the first version ships.

05 — Who the seats fit

Join the seat you can actually hold.

Client partner

You keep a professional freelance account in your own name, reply reliably, and treat US client communication as the job. You do not need to code.

Engineering

You want the planning, build, and quality of a studio — with bidding and delivery owned by the team, not left to a solo profile.

06 — Contact
